Traveling to shows and making appearances are only half of the story! Most of my days are spent in the barn with my horses. Grooming, training, teaching lessons, and taking care of all of the many tasks around the property are all part of my day-to-day routine. Our 500+ acre farm that holds a total of 78 stalls for horses requires detailed attention on a daily basis! The equestrian life is a disciplined one, for sure! The horses need constant care, that for which I take much pride. From feedings at 6am to making sure all of the horses are safe in their stalls at night, my staff and I have our hands full! However, I wouldn’t have it any other way! A quote that I think is so true and fitting is, “If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life!” And I definitely have a little help from my 4 fur babies – Dario, Molly, Shaggy, and lil Trudy!
